When can I move here?

As soon as you like. We welcome new customers Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 6:00 pm & Saturday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

How do I pay my bill?

Please provide us with a credit card, pay us a visit monthly to pay debit or cash, prepay, or leave us post-dated cheques.

Can I pay my bill online?

To pay your bill online, please click on the My Account link on the top right corner of the main screen to begin this quick and simple process.

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you are a first time user, you must click on the “Claim Account” button and complete the mandatory fields.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment types:

  • Cash
  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • Interac Debit
  • Cheques

What is my responsibility if my address changes?

You are responsible for informing us of any change to your contact information as soon as possible.

Do I need to insure my vehicle while it’s in storage?

Yes, all vehicles that are stored at Riel Park RV & Mini Storage must have proof of insurance through your vehicle insurance provider.

How should I pack my things for storage?

Carefully. For protection we recommend placing a tarp on the floor of your unit. Do not pack anything in your outdoor unit that requires heated storage.

How do I move in my items?

You are responsible for your own move in or out. We do not provide moving assistance. If you are bringing in a moving company please speak to the manager.

Are there any restricted items?

Yes. Please refrain from storing anything flammable, food, plants, or any other living things. Storage units are for furniture, documents, and household items. If there is a specific item you are curious about please talk to a staff member.

What if I forget my gate access code?

Come into the office with your ID and we will provide you with it.
