When can I move here?
As soon as you like. We welcome new customers Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 6:00 pm & Saturday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
How do I pay my bill?
Please provide us with a credit card, pay us a visit monthly to pay debit or cash, prepay, or leave us post-dated cheques.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
You are responsible for informing of us any change to your contact information as soon as possible.
How should I pack my things for storage?
Carefully. For protection we recommend placing a tarp on the floor of your unit. Do not pack anything in your outdoor unit that requires heated storage. Heated storage is available – inquire at the office.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Cheques.
How do I move in my items?
You are responsible for your own move in or out. We do not provide moving assistance. If you are bringing in a moving company please speak to the manager.
Are there any restricted Items?
Yes. Please refrain from storing anything flammable, food, plants, or any other living things. Storage units are for furniture, documents, and household items. If there is a specific item you are curious about please talk to a staff member
What if I forget my gate access code?
Come into the office with your ID and we will provide you with it.
